    How quick can you get your wetsuit off? Do you lube up? (hello nurse!)

    What was the reason for the gut cramps? Unfamiliar fuel? Stress? Not enough liquid on the bike, too much during the run?

    Did you do any brick sessions before the race using the same fueling you would in the race?
