I've worn Lakes and Mavics. Sidi lasts are perfect for my feet, and Lakes fit well too. Mavic were close to Sidi, but I'm convinced they curve inwards a little more at the toe box. This proved a problem, as despite having a razor thin achilles, I have a 'normal' toe box, and little toe irritation occurred on longer rides.
Specialized shoe lasts are way to curved for my straightish feet.
Sidis I run 1 euro size higher than 'normal' shoes. I need the same size in Shimano, but they're way too wide for me.
