- Replace stem with a nicer mtb stem (including a clamp that fits the bar size)
- Find a saddle that actually matches the colour scheme (black/orange Charge - fitted)
- Paint the rear rim black
- Take cranks back to raw
- Let Gaston and scoble be the final arbiters of the build
- Tape over the stickers (done messily)
- Colour ALL the orange bits black (except maybe the headset)
- mudguards?
- Get it in the bin
- Just learn to love it.
- Then bin it.
- BBQ paint
