My 2p .. The Minimal is the nicer fork ..
The fork crown of the Tifosi looks like it is designed for an integrated headset frame so there maybe a bad transition (depending on your headset and the actual fork crown size) between headset and fork from an aesthetic point of view. The minimal has a sloping crown to work with an external traditional headset.
The frame has no mudguard eyelets at the rear so you'll need to bodge a rear guard on .. I'd prefer to have a cleaner no eyelet fork and use race guards bodged as needed. And on a related point depending on the clearance of the frame and the Tifosi fork you may need a deeper drop brake on the front then the rear as the fork is designed to take guards. That should be an issue on the minimal.
Probably not a concern but the Tifosi quoted weight is almost twice the minimal quoted weight.
These are just some thoughts as I have no experience of the Tifosi fork.
