Urgh, I'd been OK up until tomorrow and went for a ride. At about 4 pm it hit me like a fucking train and I've been sneezing and had itchy eyes since. Luffa seems to have worked up to a certain point but I think the strong wind over the last few days has brought clouds of pollen in from the country.
Regardless, I feel like crap right now.
