I liked the look of that frame too, although it's a fairly agricultural solution to the problem of carrying weight - build the whole bike around one massively stiff/heavy beam tube. I don't know how much weight I'd want to put on that cantilevered rear rack - it feels like it should have another tube running down to the rear dropouts. Does the seattube go through the central beam tube?
Seatstays look on the skinny side, too. The force from a 100kg rider + however much on the rack going straight from the seat cluster into that un-gusseted seatstay worries me a bit.
