1" steel fork with v brake/canti mounts. Threaded but also has a star nut fitted. No ruler to measure steerer, but it fitted a 53cm bike with an ahead stem.

I have my old polo wheels that I'm willing to give away.
They're pretty beaten up, 48h deep-v's laced to Milwaukee hubs.
With a bit of TLC (and a few new spokes) they could probs be made to run true again.
