power straps work in a similar way in that you have to twist your foot to get it out, so you're probably used to the motion. But everyone has their first unclip fail while their mates are watching so don't get too cocky.

Nearly went arse over tit today actually, but managed to unclip mid-fall and catch myself before it got too bad. Waiting behind a few cars at a red, pulled away and just clipped in when the guy ahead suddenly brakes and I have to lose a lot of speed quickly. Went over in slo-mo, as you'd expect. Naturally a few people saw!
