Back home in sweden, planning to do 5k every other day for 9 days, should be a decent challenge compared to my normal 7k once a week.
Today was a quick run in the forest, met one person in 30mins of running, and finished off with a quick dip in the sea. Prob not even 13°C here, very cold but very good.
Can't wait for middle age to kick in properly so I can move out in the sticks without missing the city too much
