I couldnt give a rats ass if they are starting to retract and grovel. Run em out of business. They are only changing their tune because people are closing accounts.

I agree, they will always have the same views and feelings towards cyclists and use of the bus lanes regardless of any apology or U-turn. It's too easy to apologise and move on, people should feel the brunt of the repercussions caused by their actions. Maybe then will we have less ignorant and oblivious people occupying our fair lands, if John Griffin felt a substantial dent to his profits and the credibility of his company for a period of time thus forcing him to re-establish his companies credibility do you not think he would think twice about his actions?
