It says 47.5 preferred. It's a skinny 531 tubed frame. But I'm not sure what differences it'll make. Also any recommendations on which BB brand?

The difference is that using a long axle in a skinny frame might mean the front dérailleur can't reach far enough to clear the chain in top gear.
