Unless the rules have been modified since the LII, and I'm pretty sure they haven't, there are several full laminated sets under the Orwell.
I think there is a laminator down there too? Slain's one..
I'm not sure if it's still there or not but we could check this evening. Also, I have LHBPA A4 laminate at home.
