No idea it was filters but have heard of this happening before. The bike has been looked at by someone in the midlands and they said new engine complete. That was a really high figure, hence selling it to me for cheap with stipulations after sitting in his garage for a few years.
Though a cheapish engine, stick it in and then give the other engine a strip and see. Whilst actually using the bike with another engine. Think I was a bit optomistic about that. :( But todays calls have been informative.
Time to finish the few bikes and get the cash flowing first.
When going to see bikes take someone who will overrule you when your heart say you want one and you head says yeah and the realist needs to be clear in telling the optomist to be sensible.
