Don't spray the wheels black, it will be cheaper to sell and buy new ones.
With regards to where...? Everywhere.... LOL.
Front panel below the lights. Flitch and a-panel. Bottoms of the doors - both the actual bottom and the bottom of the door panel. In front of the rear arch. Sills. Boot hinges. Check to see if the actual sills have been repaired or the dreaded oversills have been welded on top - big no no. See if it has been undersealed/waxoyled. Lift the carpets up and have a look to see if there's any rust under there.
If it has been restored properly then it looks like a good example.
