  • I'm around 80kg and 32" waist - how does that work?

    I'm >85kg, with a BMI of 30, and a 32" waist.

    I'm having a bit of a delayed reaction to my intense weight training period. I was spending over half my 'family-free-time-tokens' in the gym, and eating masses of protein.

    I've now ran out of protein and am doing a more balanced.....

    20% - Rugby
    20% - Running
    25% - Cycling
    35% - Weights

    ....yet my work shirts have become tighter over the chest and arms over the last couple of weeks (some have been thrown away). I wonder if it could be a posture thing.
