    On the note of vitamin/ mineral supplementation- there's a signifigant effect of some on each other.

    Vit D also works synergistically with Calcium. Too much calcium can be an issue especially when it is mainly derived from dairy.

    Higher levels of dietary fiber (plant based) usually result in higher levels of iron and thus higher levels of Hemoglobin.

    For the vast majority of people diet NOT supplementation is the key.
