Given Ian's weight (no offence) I'd go for something a bit deeper and stronger on the rear to sacrafice some weight saving. Hence my suggested kinlin 380. Altho you'd have to stack up the difference in weight saving between loosing a couple of spokes and the saving of the stan's at 380-400g.
