Fixed Super Light Super Safe

I was hoping for 5.5 - 6Kg, and around 2k. Should be easy, as long as you steer clear of mad saddles, and crazy cranks etc.

Making some assumptions along the lines of:

• Iain is a big lad, therefore weight limited parts are out
  
• He may feel more comfortable purchasing light carbon parts new.
