Dolan Seta is built for comfort, put 25c tyres on it if you need any more plush. My T3 is stiff enough for world champions on the track, but still comfy enough for 50 mile TTs. 90% of the suspension travel on a road/track bike is in the tyres (unless you get one of those new Fred-bikes like a Spec Roubaix or Trek Domane)
