Ive never had any problems at tfg.
If I know what I want and cant find it ill ask.
If they have it ill buy it, if they dont ill go somewhere else.
If I dont know what I want and they dont ask me anything thats fine because im just looking.
If they do ask me anything i say im just looking thanks.
Its quite simple really.

If they didnt have what you wanted why are you so pissed off? Its not like they actually had it but were hiding them from you.
