Richards is a really big omission for me, Possible he's said he's 100% behind the Ferdinand's so will have been excluded by choice?

You could have a point there about Richards. Can't think of a reason for his exclusion otherwise.

Anyway, as EBJT is is the squad and as Norway will not be delighting us with their silky skilz this time, I shall be transferring my allegiance to that magnificent Dutch squad for the duration of the Tournament.
Plenty of opportunity for some serious inter-squad squabbling there. Should be very entertaining.
