Neither. Save your money for a proper watch. Or a bespoke frame.
A watch is a tool, one of these will be fine for my needs.
How much do they weigh?
No idea

I just browsed through the Creation Watches link posted above, it's on the first page.

what a beauty, matey!
Just got home to find this waiting for me. Had this for over 20 years, and never been able to even have a shower wearing it.
Ken Setser, over in Florida, put a Rolex Trip-lock crown in it for me. He has had it since september, waiting for some parts.
Made the starp when I got the confirmation shipping email :)
This is probably as tough as you can get. -

Should I risk giving the Omega a slap? It has an auto rotor which maybe makes it slightly less happy about being knocked about (I managed to break the rotor off once an it needed a new screw).
Just been in my watchmakers up in Edinburgh. He popped the back off, and unfortunately I've bent the balance spring.
He's going to try and manipulate it, but will let me know if it is to no avail, in which case it'll take more work.
Apparently these ETA movements don't have a regulator lever, so I wouldn't have been able to slow it down anyway.
