Seikos are the kind of watches that you can try to fix by hitting them without feeling too bad. Omegas are not.
Get it looked at, don't risk breaking something.
I recently dropped my skx007 from the top of my staircase and it fell about 10 feet. Thought it was the end but it's still within 10 seconds a day.
