To post from iPhone:

Use the flickr app. upload

In safari go to flickr.com

Click the flickr.com link in the bottom left if you get the mobile site

Navigate to your photo

Click the share button above the photo

Copy the code for the image source (src='something.jpg' - you want the something.jpg bit)

Add to lfgss as normal.
