if it runs more than a few minutes per day, regulating will do nothing.
I dropped one of mine a while back, it too runs 30 minutes + per day.
It could have got oil on the mainspring.
which will need a clean at least.
Regulating only works for + / - a few minutes each way.
I have to get mine done too.
