• So if you're sliding off the front, do you not want to move you saddle forwards, closer to the bars, rather than backwards, away from the bars? If you're struggling to keep your toes on the pedals as well, could you try lowering your saddle? I'm a bit baffled to be honest... Think we need a photo of you riding the bike (or for someone to give you advice after seeing you ride in the real world...)

    Keeping toes on pedals versus mid sole on pedal, rather than not being able to reach. The saddle could go another inch or so higher and still be comfortable leg-length wise. Really feels like my weight is too far forward, exacerbated by the low handlebars.

    I'll maybe get myself along to Manchester polo for some advice in person there.
