Easier to swap gears at track and get perfect tension- I don't mean like a single speed tensioner, I mean a thing to help set the wheel position quickly..can't think what you call them. I change gear maybe 4-5 times some sessions so it's nice to get chain tension bang on with no messin, on my last three frames you just twiddled the screws till the chain was right then did up the nuts
