Just by looking at the refurb sticker you can tell it's not a recent job - looks like the refurb dates from a period when they were still using the block decals.

AFAIK they don't put those stickers on frames that are not theres. Don't know what the defining features of a jackson is, but they usually run a 4 digit number on BB shell. That one looks late 60s early 70s.

I reckon it is definitely a Bob Jackson, early to mid-70s. The seat stay cap and long-point headtube lugs look identical to this one.
