Well obviously yes, that's the whole point of this conversation. If we had unlimited time and courts this would never have been an issue.

We haven't, no. If we decided to do that, then we would need to come up with some system for that. My suggestion of NS winners would be just one possibility.

I don't think so, more games = more accuracy. Less teams = more games.
