This was started because at least one player in one of these teams asked to have a bye because they couldn't field a proper line up. I'm labouring under the assumption he was serious. This may be a mistake.
Anyway, no transfers, if these teams don't want them the spaces don't go to the next team it would defeat the purpose.
A more interesting way of putting the same question is what if the NS fals out of favour and the top teams don't take part, so the top three teams are actually rubbish...
