I contacted Stans, re using the 29er rims but with tubes and they said "You can inflate to the max pressure on the tire with a tube. Using a tube at higher pressure on this rim can decrease the longevity of the rim.
The tire will not blow off. The lifespan of the rim will be shortened and you will have to replace it sooner then if it had been run tubeless. I do not have an exact life span for this rim."
This is mainly going to be used for a commuto-x build.
