Come on, the refs should know the rules but how they implement them in a game is their decision, if they would do it perfectly every time a refs decisions is needed they would not be human, checkout the highest divisions of sports, even there refs make mistakes (champions league, etc).
Obvious the players are frustrated by that in the heat of the game, but the refs AND players should learn from it. Accepting wrong decisions is maybe the hardest part but you should.
