Rules for classifieds

Are there any rceommendations of leaving the price in the thread when you've sold something as a reference for future sellers and buyers? I state both asking price and final price in my threads, but most people just edit the price out with SOLD.. Which leaves everyone clueless to what the item was sold for..

I came on this thread to mention this because I find that being able to search back and see prices is much more helpful and helps both parties from being ripped off. Giving a guide price for someone selling and an idea for people who want to buy something but aren't sure about the price. Personally I think this should be emphasized as sometimes it's frustrating just seeing £SOLD.
