I ask because I just wasted a whole day waiting for Ist Action.com to turn up and by the time (7 :15pm) he did I was so pissed off I told him to not bother.
Was booked for 1 - 3 pm and I'm prepared to wait longer but the chap phones me at 3:30 pm to say he is 'running late' on his present job so will make it 4:30 - 5 pm.
Nothing.
I ring Ist Action.com and they say he is expected at 6:30 - 7 pm.
I get calls from him trying to locate my address and them some garbled talk on my intercom .
I go out to direct him to the obvious gates and meet some car full of 'family' and some desultory appologies.
That rant over - Can Anyone recommend a** professional** plumber in south east London ?
