  • I agree, but the problem with that is getting enough rides in to match up fitness + good course + good conditions on a single day.

    Since I ride out to my races I'm quite limited to courses. What I can change is fitness and kit.

    Since I'm training for 24hrs and not short stuff, I'm only really changing kit.

    Saying that, actually spending time on the TT bike clearly helps me. Specificity works! :)
