as ed said, rear cog is easier and cheaper to change. DA are good and well priced (available from Condor), but they probably don't go high enough. Condor own brand have also served me well.
You will probably have a 1/8 chain/ring/cog rather than a 3/32.
Remember to use grease on the threads when changing them.
