Monday night race training

Missed it due to illness. Gutted. Should be fine for next week though.

That was good fun, first time in a bunch race for over 20 years, club run fit and track fit are very different things, blowing out by the end of it. Agree with hoops I though the coach was very good.

It's pretty sunny in SE24 at the moment. Roads are still wet from the earlier downpour though.

Not sure if I'm gonna come along tonight. Was out in the kent hills this morning, and stopped in at Cadence on the way home to have a stab at Alpe d'Huez on their fancy virtual turbo thingys.

no track for me either. slow and boring road miles instead.

It's been mainly showers today. So you should get some riding in even if it rains again between now and 6.
