^is this info something that one of us 'forum elders' has to post annually?
If so, I'm glad it wasn't my turn this year (although it's interesting to see the definition of 'spinning' seems to have crept up from >100rpm to >120rpm to >150rpm; I assume this is down to all your time on the track?).
My favourite gear ratio was 48x14 this morning, and I know you'll be pleased to hear that the final 30min of my 2.5hr ride were done at an average of 112rpm (perhaps we could call this sub-spinning or something), although I was doing some oscillating between 108rpm and 132rpm. I was fucking soaked to the skin by the time I climbed off.
