OK what are these little nipple things?
I've had two frames with them, both front triangle and drive side stay's have had them.
Only thing I can think of is a frame bag would fit to them? Would make sense, except one of the frames was a time trial frame, pretty sure you don't ever need to attach a frame bag to one of those!
