  • really nice mate, really want to buy one/swap my fillet brazed esb with someone for one

  • also i prefer them with risers for some reason. just because drops look a bit serious for a somewhat not so serious frame

  • In what way do you consider it 'not so serious' ?

  • Really nice frame, great that it's one of the early ones. I have had a couple of these, first one was a small 40cm frame (it was supposed to be a 46). It was very poorly painted black, I had it powder coated and added decals.
    before

    after

Now I have only the orange one left. Great bike and the color is amazing, it seems to get brighter as it get darker.

  • Oh man, I would love one of these. They look so much fun.

    ;)

  • You can't blame a great frame for ending up in the hands of a knobhead! ;]

  • It's like a parts box beater.

  • It's hideous...

  • Mines although it has a velocity on phil on the front currently since the weather shit!
And i eventually got rid of they toe clips in favour of Hold fasts.

relaxed geo, somewhat heavier than other "track frames", not exactly ideal for getting the miles in

but i do understand the use for a brooklyn gangsta as a good commuter/beater/pub/polo or whatever, im very jealous of people who have v1s. would love to get rid of my fillet brazed esb and get one... somehow

  • And mine too ;-)

    For sellz?

  • Here we are. Now with 32s Durano Pluses, front Spokk and Atacs.

In my opinion relaxed geometry doesn't make it less serious...I love the geometry on them.
They just feel so right to me.
Regarding getting the miles in i've done centuries and double centuries on mine and still loved it. :]

  • Agreed that maybe the geo isn't as tight as a more dedicated track frame but it's still very responsive and sharp. It's actually awesome for longer distances and super comfy.
Konastab01, I love that colour! It could def be an option once I get my frame to armourtex.
Love how everyone is posting their bikes here, not seen half of then before and they're all so sweet :) keep em coming!

  • Lars_Erik still the king of BG's

Decals and risers would make this more doper.

Does anybody know what the height of this saddle would roughly be from the bb? Just chopping some ideas together. I'm guessing about 74cm?

  • my glow in the dark v1.2

  • ^^ mine's 77cm odd.. ST is 54cm c-t..
Those glow in the darks rock :) do the glowing properties last or do they stop working over time? Very nice..

  • I have bit different setup now, changed to spd pedals. Now it's 77cm.

  • still glows 3 years on, don't know how long it will last, and how full of cancer I'll be though....
