Surely the handling might have been a little different with the forks smashed in and the handlebars bent down. Mind you, not realising the cabling hadn't been finished to start with doesn't hold out much hope for this guy, or any of his toothless customers.
3 yrs running a workshop with no complaints, never had anyone return a bike, or had any after sale problems...hmmmmm, wonder why.
