  • Aerobars make a difference if you are in a position on them to reduce your frontal area whilst still being able to generate good power. Some people have rubbish positions on aerobars and would probably do better on lower drops.

    Yeah they will generally make a difference but I almost PBd my 10mi time on my road bike arsing about after riding it numerous times on my TT bike.
    Lycra before tri bars definitely.
