Gilligan really does have a chip on his shoulder about Ken's tax situation. Good job the Tories and their donors are so well known for their rigorous adherence to the tax laws, or he might be branded a hypocrite.
The man is clearly a tool. So keen to emphasise his own credentials as a cyclist, but then keen to point out he's not part of this mysterious, homogenous, elite cycling lobby that seems to include everyone but him.
