Hi, how much for shipping to New Zealand? Thanks.
-
• #7
I would buy this right now if the front clearance wasn't so horrendous
-
• #8
no fork included so you could arrange your own clearance
-
• #9
I think i could get a price tomorrow, Patrick.
Yes, the clearance would be different with different fork: http://static.lfgss.com/attachments/23046d1270028848-img_0062.jpg -

What hieght person would this fit any any case?!?!
-
• #11
i would suggest .... someone who, when sitting on the saddle, can comfortably reach the pedals at the bottom of the crank revolution with their legs just a few degrees away from being straight
-
• #12
Cheers dude! Thats what i wanted to know
-
• #13
What is the effective size of this frame?
-
• #14
hey baba, it would fit you ...you wouldn't be showing that much seat post tho, another thing though... on the bumps and holes of londons famous 'london' streets, that frame will last about 6 months before it needed reglueing, which wouldn't really be fair to such a pretty frame, if it stayed on the track it will last ten times longer...
-
• #15
I cant afford it, I was just curious.
Though to be honest, a bike is there to be ridden, so if i got it, i would ride it.

If anybody is tempted to buy the frame but put off by the fact that they'd need to search for 650 track fork, don't be. I've got one which I wouldn't mind selling.
-
• #17
Likewise I have a 650 fork similar to the one pictured which I would be happy to sell

Not sure this is going to be stiff enough for serious track use.
Plus I've run a Vitus for a few years now on roads no probs.
Just sayin'

So the question is, who fits it? I'm 6 foot, will I fit?
-
• #20
It would fits you in my opinion. If it would be a regular geometry track frame it would be something around 54cm as you see in geometry pic (horizont top tube line ctc)

• #21
Damn it, it's looking more appealing every minute. Still don't have any monies though, I'm broke so don't get your hopes up. Beautiful frame though.

people, i am surprised at your questions on fit of this frame. come one, seller's even got a drawing for you lot! that's the first time i ever see a geometry chart when selling second-hand frame.
anyway, yes, like mentioned above, frame would fit like 54-55cm seattube - 54cm toptube, except you would not show that much seatpost. alternatively, if you're usually riding 57-58cm frames, but you find your gorilla hands to have little reach, you could ride that too - if you're flexible enough to reach for the bar down low. -
• #23
575 though?!?
-
• #24
just an inch taller than your usual 54 frame. are you saying your seatpost comes out only for an inch?
-

Who needs a seat post... Ill tape the saddle to the top tube
