Houston we have a problem
Dear Miss Oram,
With regret we have to inform you that we will have to cancel your booking next week because of the persistant heavy rainfall that we have had over the last month. The poor weather is continuing into next week and the weekend, so the ground will be too waterlogged for the tipis to be put up and used.
We are very sorry that this is the case, and we were hoping that the weather would improve before next weekend, but this is looking extremely unlikely.
Because of this, we can offer two options:
Refund fully the money paid via PayPal or a cheque.
Reschedule for an alternative date: please see htt p://www.tipi-holidays.co.uk/avail.php for the available dates.
Please let us know which option you would prefer.
