The same goes for any manager, at almost any level - they all work like dogs, and Pep probably has / had it easier than most, for instance think of the poor chaps in Serie A who have been sacked twice by the same club in the same season.
Not sure I agree with that. There aren't many managers whose lives and careers are so intertwined with a club's history, the need to live up to his heroes (Cruyff etc.) and to get the best out of the best players in the world must have been enormous. There's the weight of expectation, and then there's living up to the demands and expectations of Barca fans and football fans. Plus I don't think there are many other football managers who are quite so maniacal in their preparations, and who heap so much pressure on themselves.
