Once again, I am in dispair after such a story. Why can't one of the organisations ( CTC , LCC etc ) have a decent media department to manage this sort of thing, ie to be the " go to " organisation for the voice of cycling.
The LCC has an extremely good 'media department' and so does the CTC. If they call another organisation to comment, there's not a lot that either can do, as we often only hear about it afterwards. We have previously commented fairly extensively on the Addison Lee story, and I suppose they may have wanted to get an organisation that they hadn't talked to before. I didn't listen to the programme, though, so I'm just speculating.
