i can't believe that he didn't retract his comment and apologise. as some others have said on this thread before, his board of directors or equiv must be tearing their hair out.
not only is he losing current business, but my finger in the air guesstimate is that propensity to use addison lee or equivalent tends to increase with seniority, which is (generally) correlated with age. Therefore, considering that many of london's cyclists seem to be under 40 (another estimate based on riding around the city for a few years), he's basically fucked his pipeline!
