they are quite heavy

i would suggest dt1.1 rims as they're graphically sympathetic

I've just bought some Fulcrum Racing 3s in preference to Ksyriums on the entirely shallow and subjective basis that they look better - they're black, white & red so will fit in with what you've already got.
You have chosen the seatpost and stem that I have lined up for my next spend - are they as nice as they look? -

I've a couple of bars you can have for £10 each if interested. Not carbon though. Don't trust carbon bars me. Interested in how you much you paid for force though?

I didn't think the Ksyriums were too heavy...
May take you up on the bars, whadya got?
I'm pretty much a total noob with these things, so more than up for any help.I like the style of the 3t components and they're good quality. But I don't want it to be to black and red - and eventually I will strip the frame.

Don't shy away from colour coding, it worked for Kris...

Shimano rs30 is a good wheelset. depends which ksyriums you are after

Suitable minimum rim depth is 38mm*, work from that to establish the correct wheel set.
*Actually 50mm

I always prefer carbonz with classic box section rims. A wheelset a la: http://www.stradawheels.co.uk/shop/ambrosio-nemesis/

As sported by my two mates and their Team Stratos's

Will hopefully be the eventual wheelset.

You can get 3t parts with white instead of red stripes. That's what I'm putting on my new bike.

Pro is white, Red is team and grey is Ltd, they also do a stealth finish, which is the now slightly overdone black on black.

I've ended up with Pro bars/stem because otherwise it's £250 for some carbon LTD ones just for the grey stripe. Got LTD seatpost though.

The RS80s I had on there looked alright with the general "white & red on bare carbon" theme of the frame graphics.
You definitely want a black seat clamp, that silver one is so ugly, I always meant to swap it but it also needed logo-free spacers and black cables and I just never got round to it.
3T Team bits are exactly what I would use if I were giving it some love. Also, in the long term a Funda fork would do a lot for it, I reckon.

Love Max's bike

Oh and what are peoples thoughts on the Planet X ultra light calipers?
they are not very good. I am going to replace mine next week.
They look cool and they're light, but are fiddly to set up and rubbish at stopping - scarily so at times.

Balls.
So I bought a Focus Cayo frame off Regal at the start of the month, exhibit A:
And by the other side of the weekend it will be joined by...
Would like to also get some bars this month as well.
Then next month: Wheels, front and rear mech and brakes.
Was thinking Ksyriums for wheels, but open to suggestions.
