Kestrel - Way ahead of their time - I remember them from the 1987 Freewheel Catalogue!!! Their Carbon bikes were considered very naughty back in the 80's, very popular with Mulletted-dayglo-swiss triatheletes well into the '90's as I recall

Saw this, thought they actually were SRAM S80 Track wheels, creamed my pants, then read the Orient Express description.
